Hugo Montanari is the Managing Director of Rosewood Hong Kong and K11 ARTUS, where he oversees both properties and leads the Rosewood Impacts sustainability and community program. Rosewood’s official announcement says he joined the property in January 2023 after more than 17 years in global luxury hospitality, including roles with Fairmont, The Ritz-Carlton, and Jayasom Ibiza. He is described by Rosewood as an Italian and French national and a graduate of Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne.
