Huw Gott is the co-founder of Hawksmoor, the British steakhouse chain he launched in London in 2006 with childhood friend Will Beckett. Hawksmoor now operates restaurants in London, Manchester, Edinburgh, New York, Chicago, and Boston, and the founders have described the brand as one built around the steak restaurant they wished existed.
