Inés Páez Nin "Chef Tita"

Inés Páez Nin, known professionally as Chef Tita, is a Dominican chef and cultural ambassador associated with Aguají in Sosúa, Puerto Plata, where her cooking centers on Dominican heritage, native ingredients, and Taíno-Arawak culinary traditions.
