Irwin Durand is a Paris-based French chef who opened his own restaurant, Irwin, in the 8th arrondissement of Paris in April 2025 after leading Le Chiberta for several years. Before that, he was chef at Le Chiberta starting in 2020 and had trained in notable French kitchens including Guy Savoy’s restaurant at La Monnaie de Paris.
