Isaac Saavedra is the chef behind the culinary program at Delfin Amazon Cruises. Isaac is the creator of the menus and a central figure in the onboard dining experience. He is described in company storytelling as born in Iquitos and as having joined Delfin in its early years, roughly two decades ago.
