Isabelle Sabon is an oenologist and winemaker who has helped lead Domaine de la Janasse in Courthézon, in France’s Rhône Valley, since joining the family estate in 2001. In 2014, she founded Clos Saint Antonin in Jonquières, building a separate project while continuing to work on the family domaine’s wine production.
