i. Biography
Adèle Matrot is a winemaker and co-manager of the sixth-generation family estate Domaine Matrot in Meursault, Burgundy, France. Alongside her sister Elsa, she took over the domaine from their parents Thierry and Pascale, joining in 2010 and handling the commercial side of the business while contributing to winemaking since 2016. The 24-hectare estate produces acclaimed Chardonnay wines from appellations like Puligny-Montrachet and Meursault-Blagny.
