i. Biography
Isidoros Thalassinos is a Cretan winemaker associated with Thalassinos Winery/Thalassinos Microwinery in Finikia, near Heraklion, Crete. He is continuing a four-generation family wine tradition and, with Virginia, starting a boutique/microwinery project in the family’s 250-year-old metohi after years of microvinification and work across different winemaking fields. He focuses on organic, biodynamic, and natural-wine methods in Crete’s Heraklion region.
