Iván Muñoz

Iván Muñoz is the chef behind Restaurante Chirón in Valdemoro (Madrid), where the restaurant describes his work as “cocina de autor madrileña actual. He is part of the family that has run the restaurant for multiple generations, with Iván in the kitchen and Raúl Muñoz in front of house as co-leaders of the project.. He became chef de cuisine at Chirón in 2000 and that his cooking reinterprets traditional Manchegan and Madrid-area recipes with contemporary and sotobosque-inspired touches.
