Jack Yoss is the Vice President of Culinary at Hai Hospitality in Austin. His career includes culinary leadership roles across the United States and internationally, including serving as Director of Culinary at W Retreat & Spa Bali - Seminyak from 2010 to 2016. Earlier in his career, he worked extensively in San Francisco at Postrio as both Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef.
