Jackie Carnesi

Jackie Carnesi is a Texas-born chef who built her career in New York City kitchens, including Roberta’s, Otis, and Empellón Cocina, before becoming executive chef at Nura in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. She later led the kitchen at Kellogg’s Diner in Williamsburg, where she brought a Tex-Mex-influenced menu shaped by her South Texas upbringing, and she departed that role before moving on to Bar Susanne in Williamsburg.
