Jaco Visser is the senior farm manager overseeing La Motte Wine Estate's vineyards in Franschhoek. He leads vineyard-site, rootstock, clone, planting and canopy decisions and applies tools including satellite monitoring and infrared scanning within the estate's biologic farming and biodiversity programme.
