Jason Bangerter is the Executive Chef at Langdon Hall Country House Hotel and Spa in Cambridge, Ontario, a role he accepted in the fall of 2013. His work there centers on seasonal, locally sourced cuisine and a "taste of place" approach that has been highlighted in profiles and in the cookbook *Langdon Hall: A Cookbook*. He has also been recognized by awards including the Rising Chef Award in Paris in 2015 and the Ontario Hostelry Institute Chef Gold Award in 2017.
