Jason Morris

Jason Morris is the Executive Chef at Marcus Restaurant and Terrace at Four Seasons Hotel Montreal. Born in Montreal, he began his career as a poissonnier and then trained at the Institut de Tourisme et d’hôtellerie du Québec (ITHQ) before working in New York with Paul Liebrandt and later returning to Montreal to help open Maison Boulud at the Ritz-Carlton. He later opened Le Fantôme in 2015 and PASTEL in Old Montreal before taking the Executive Chef role at Four Seasons Montreal and Marcus Restaurant.
