Jean-François Chevalley is the proprietor-winemaker of Domaine de la Chenalettaz in En Dézaley, Lavaux, a family estate that has been in the Chevalley family since 1434. The winery is presented as a father-and-son operation with Jean-François and his son Benjamin, and the family produces wines from the Dézaley and Calamin Grand Cru appellations, with chasselas as the dominant variety.
