Jean-François Rougier is the seventh-generation Rougier associated with Château Simone in Meyreuil, near Aix-en-Provence, where he is the person currently in charge of the domaine. Sources consistently place him at Château Simone and is overseeing the estate’s vineyards and wines, which include classic Provençal varieties for the Palette appellation and an organic-leaning approach to farming.
