Jean-Gabriel Tridon is a winemaker and co-owner of Domaine Les Hautes Noëlles in Saint-Léger-les-Vignes, Loire-Atlantique, which he acquired with his wife Juliane in 2020. He is part of the couple behind the estate’s organic cultivation of grapes in the Côtes de Grandlieu / Muscadet area.
