Jean-Luc Fossey is the maître de chai at Calvados Père Magloire and has been associated with Spirit France since January 2001. He is credited with shaping the house style through long-term blending and quality control work, including the Père Magloire XO 200 limited edition released for the brand’s 200th anniversary.
