Jean-Nicolas Méo is the owner and winemaker of Domaine Méo-Camuzet in Vosne-Romanée, Burgundy, and cofounder and winemaker at Nicolas-Jay in Oregon’s Willamette Valley. He joined the family domaine in the 1980s after training in oenology and working under the influence of Henri Jayer, then later expanded his winemaking to the U.S. through Nicolas-Jay.
