Jean Pasquet is the owner-operator and managing force behind Cognac Pasquet in Grande Champagne, France, where he took over from his father in 2011 and serves as cellar master, head winegrower, and master distiller. He is "our keystone,". He studied viticulture and viniculture before assuming responsibility for the family domaine in Eraville. He is part of the family cognac house Jean-Luc Pasquet, which is based between Angoulême and Cognac and is known for certified organic production.
