Jean-Philippe Furnémont

Jean-Philippe Furnémont is a Belgian chef-cuisinier associated with Kok sur Mer in Vlissegem/De Haan, where he presents a seasonal cuisine built around local products. His restaurant opened in 2014 and earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand the following year; he says he also trained as sous-chef under Wout Bru and gained experience at Bruneau in Brussels and the Savarin in Ostend.
