Jean-Yves Mabillard-Fuchs

Jean-Yves Mabillard-Fuchs is a Valais, Switzerland winemaker and co-founder of the family estate Mabillard-Fuchs in Venthône, which he established with Madeleine Mabillard-Fuchs in 1993. The estate farms 3.5 hectares on the hillside between Sierre and Venthône and produces wines under integrated-production methods with natural grass cover promoting biodiversity. He is one of the estate’s winemakers and note the property’s production of about 15 wines from the Valais AOC.
