Jean-Jacques Borne

Jean-Jacques Borne is a French chef pâtissier and artisan chocolatier based in Saint-Étienne. He earned the title Meilleur Ouvrier de France in glacier and later founded the Institut de l’Excellence Culinaire in Saint-Étienne in 2004, where he taught and developed culinary training focused on gastronomy and health. Sources also describe him as active in Asia for many years as an instructor in cuisine and pâtisserie.
