Jean-Philippe Maury is a French pastry chef who won the Meilleur Ouvrier de France title in 1997, an honor described as making him the best pastry chef in France. He later opened Jean-Philippe Patisserie at the Bellagio Hotel in January 2005 and expanded to additional pastry operations in Las Vegas. He is a chef, chocolatier, and consultant with projects aboard cruise ships.
