i. Biography
Jenn Saesue is a Thai American restaurateur based in New York City and a co-founder of 55 Hospitality, the group behind Fish Cheeks, Bangkok Supper Club, and Bub’s Bakery. She was born in New Jersey, raised in Bangkok, moved back to New York at age 12, and opened her first Thai restaurant at 22 before later partnering to launch Fish Cheeks in 2016. Fish Cheeks expanded to Williamsburg in 2025, and Bangkok Supper Club opened in 2023 as part of her growing hospitality portfolio.
