Jeppe Foldager

Jeppe Foldager is a Danish chef who led the kitchen at Dragsholm Slot in Odsherred, Zealand, where the property’s gourmet restaurant Dragsholm Slot Gourmet has held a Michelin star since 2017. In February 2025, Hotel Hesselet announced him as its gastronomic chef, and by April 2025 reports said he had left Dragsholm Slot after more than four years as køkkenchef. He is also reported to have earlier served as souschef at Søllerød Kro and køkkenchef at Restaurant Kanalen and Alberto K, and he won silver at Bocuse d’Or in 2013.
