Jérôme Laurent

Jérôme Laurent is a French chef who trained in the Paris fine-dining scene before opening Empreinte in Paris with his brother Florian in late 2023. Earlier in his career, he worked alongside Yannick Alléno at Le Meurice, later partnered on L’Escudella in 2015, and previously led Le Cilantro in Arles, which had earned a Michelin star in 2007. He is a Michelin-starred chef with experience in France and Asia, including work in Jakarta and China.
