Jesús Susunaga Acosta is the maestro tequilero for Casa San Nicolás and Campari Group’s Espolòn portfolio, overseeing production for Espolòn, Cabo Wabo, and Mayenda. Campari materials say he brings more than 18 years of experience and nearly two decades of work across production, maturation, operations, and distillery management in Jalisco, Mexico.
