i. Biography
Jessenia Sanabria is the Managing Partner of Operations at Sweet Basil in Vail, Colorado, and was announced as the restaurant’s third partner in 2023. She began in hospitality in Florida, moved to Vail in 2017, worked at Mountain Standard as a server and bartender, advanced to dining room manager, and later took over the bar programs for Sweet Basil and Mountain Standard before becoming General Manager of Sweet Basil in 2020. the MICHELIN Guide Colorado named her the Exceptional Cocktails Award winner, recognizing her cocktail program at Sweet Basil.
