Jessica Trapeni

Jessica Trapeni is the owner of Oakencroft Farm & Winery in Charlottesville, Virginia, where she is also identified as the winery’s winemaker. She is also listed by Imbibe Solutions as COO and enologist, and the company says she earned a B.S. in biochemistry from Virginia Tech, later worked as laboratory manager and production manager at Michael Shaps Wineworks, and completed a UC Davis winemaking certification in 2021. A University of Virginia Darden feature says she was hired by Dorothy Batten to make the wine at Oakencroft, supporting her role in the winery’s current operation.
