i. Biography
Jhonel Faelnar is the Beverage Director for NA:EUN Hospitality in New York, overseeing the beverage programs at Atomix, Atoboy, and Naro. He moved from Manila to New York in 2013, completed the International Culinary Center’s intensive sommelier program in 2014 as class valedictorian, and later became wine director at Atomix before taking his current multi-restaurant leadership role. His work at Atomix and across NA:EUN Hospitality has earned industry recognition including Wine & Spirits’ Best New Sommelier (2018) and Wine Enthusiast’s Beverage Director of the Year (2023).
