Jim Romdall

Training at University of Washington gave Romdall a formal base before he moved into bartending, a route that points to discipline and an early interest in service as a practice. Behind the bar at Dante’s in Seattle, he worked as a bartender and built the habits that matter in real time: reading pace, handling pressure, and staying close to the guest side of the work. At Granita in Malibu, he shifted into the role of bar manager, taking on broader operational responsibility and extending the scope of his experience.
