Jinda is the chef-owner associated with Som Tum Jinda, an Isan Thai restaurant in Ubon Ratchathani, Thailand. Michelin’s profile says she began working in 1974 at a local university before moving downtown in Ubon Ratchathani; the restaurant is also linked to a Toronto branch that presents her original fermented fish sauce and other Isan dishes.
