Jirka Zajíček is the Head Chef of ARTE, the fine-dining restaurant at Kaštieľ Pálffy in Svätý Jur, Slovakia, where the kitchen emphasizes local ingredients, seasonality, fermentation, and experimental modern presentations. He expanded his career to Slovakia in 2023 and later received a One Knife award at The Best Chef Awards 2025 in Milan. He is as chef of Selaví in Bratislava, indicating a prior role in that restaurant and wine-bar concept.
