J.M. Hirsch

J.M. Hirsch is a James Beard food and travel writer and editor who serves as editorial director of Christopher Kimball’s Milk Street, a Boston-based food media company. He is the former national food editor for The Associated Press, where he oversaw AP’s food coverage and helped shape the AP Stylebook’s food chapter. His published work includes multiple cookbooks, and he has reported from more than 60 countries on food and drink.
