i. Biography
Joe Lanni is the co-founder and owner of Thunderdome Restaurant Group in Cincinnati, where he helped build a multi-concept portfolio that includes Currito, Bakersfield, The Eagle, Maplewood Kitchen and Bar, Krueger’s Tavern, City Bird, SoHi, and Pepp & Dolores. He moved from franchising and hotel development roles in Chicago back to Cincinnati in 2004 to launch Currito with his brother John Lanni, then expanded into Thunderdome in 2012 with Alex Blust.
