Joel Söderbäck is a Stockholm-based restaurateur and co-owner of Tjoget in Hornstull, Stockholm, a hospitality venue that combines a cocktail bar, dining room, wine bar, and beer café. He is one of the krögare behind Tjoget and part of the team that opened the venue in 2012, which has since received repeated recognition, including placement on The World’s 50 Best Bars list and multiple Swedish cocktail-bar awards.
