Johann Fourie

Johann Fourie is cellar master for Leonardslee Family Vineyards in England and Benguela Cove Lagoon Wine Estate in South Africa. He oversees the winemaking process from vineyard management through fermentation, blending and ageing, adapting his approach to the two estates' distinct cool-climate terroirs. His work combines precision, innovation and sustainability, and he was named Diners Club Winemaker of the Year in 2015.
