John Drewniany is a New York hospitality beverage professional who has served as Corporate Beverage Director at Casa Nela since January 2021, overseeing beverage programs for a portfolio of Manhattan restaurants including Rosemary’s, Bobo, Roey’s, and Claudette. Earlier, he was Wine and Spirits Manager at Strip House Midtown in Manhattan, where he had worked for four years by 2018, and he has also been identified as Beverage Manager at Cote restaurant in New York.
