John Duffin is the chef, owner, and head chef of John’s House in Mountsorrel, Leicestershire, which he opened in 2014 on his family farm after returning from work at several top Michelin-starred restaurants. He grew up in rural Leicestershire on the family farm in Mountsorrel, and his cooking at John’s House is rooted in seasonal, farm-to-plate produce from the Duffin family farm.
