i. Biography
Johnnie Crowe is the executive chef and co-founder of Restaurant St Barts in Smithfield, London, where he leads a tasting menu focused on British produce and conservation-led sourcing. The restaurant opened in October 2022 and earned a Michelin star in March 2023, followed by a Michelin Green Star in 2024. Earlier in his career, he worked at The Harwood Arms and Anglo before opening Nest Food Group’s Restaurant St Barts with Luke Wasserman and Toby Neill.
