Johnny Curiel is a Mexico-born chef and the chef-owner of Alma Fonda Fina in Denver’s LoHi neighborhood, where he opened his first solo restaurant in December 2023. Alma Fonda Fina earned a MICHELIN Star in 2024 and retained it in 2025, and Curiel received the MICHELIN Guide Colorado Young Chef Award in 2024.
