Jong-Ho KIM

Jongho Kim is the executive chef of Jungsik Seoul, the flagship restaurant of the Korean fine-dining group led by chef-owner Jungsik Yim. He joined the Seoul opening team in 2009 as sous chef, moved to Jungsik New York in 2011, and later returned to Seoul as executive chef, where the restaurant earned two Michelin stars in 2018 after regaining and building on earlier Michelin recognition.
