Jonny Lake

Jonny Lake is a Canadian chef and co-owner of Trivet in London, which earned one Michelin star in 2022 and 2023, and two stars in 2024. Previously, he served as Executive Head Chef of The Fat Duck Group for several years after joining as chef de partie in 2005 and becoming Head Chef in 2009. His career began with training at the Institut de Tourisme et d’Hôtellerie du Québec, followed by stages in Italy at Michelin-starred restaurants including A Spurcacciun-a and Gualtiero Marchesi’s L’Albereta.
