Jorge Alves is a Douro winemaker associated with Quinta Nova de Nossa Senhora do Carmo. He works with the estate's oenology team to preserve the distinct character of its 41 vineyard parcels and is credited on current and recent Quinta Nova still wines and Ports, including releases made with oenology director António Bastos.
