José Galante is an Argentine winemaker from Mendoza who serves as Chief Winemaker at Bodegas Salentein in the Uco Valley. Bodegas Salentein says he joined the winery in 2010 after a long career at Catena Zapata, where he spent more than 30 years and helped shape Argentina’s modern Malbec identity.
