Josh Claxton is an Atlanta-based sommelier and beverage professional who serves as the Wine Director and Sommelier for Füm and Rabbit Ears, concepts developed by Grassfed Culture Hospitality in Atlanta's West Midtown. He curates the beverage programs for both venues, focusing on organic and biodynamic Italian producers, low-intervention skin-contact wines, and grower Champagnes.
