Joshua Overington

Josh Overington is the Chef Patron and co-founder of Mýse in Hovingham, North Yorkshire, where he and Victoria Overington run a restaurant-with-rooms focused on British tasting menus and local Yorkshire produce. He previously led Le Cochon Aveugle in York, and after Mýse opened in 2023, the restaurant earned its first Michelin star in February 2024.
