Josh Overington

Josh Overington is the chef patron and co-founder of Mýse in Hovingham, North Yorkshire, where he and Victoria Overington operate a restaurant with rooms focused on British tasting menus and local terroir. Before Mýse, he ran Le Cochon Aveugle in York, which he closed in 2022 before the couple opened Mýse in 2023. Mýse received a Michelin star in February 2024, and official and trade profiles describe Overington’s cooking as an elegant spin on traditional Yorkshire cooking.
