Josue Alvarado is a chef associated with Angèle in Napa, where he became head chef in 2020 after working there off and on for years. He is originally from Costa Rica and has said he grew up around his family’s small hotel kitchen before later training in Argentina and working in restaurants such as Bottega and Bistro Jeanty. The available evidence does not credibly support a match to The Angel at Hetton, so the identity remains ambiguous relative to the requested anchor.
